There are two basic styles of stores:

Blax Coffee Kiosk and Blax Coffee Cafe

Blax Coffee Kiosk is generally a smaller site in shopping centres and sells a range of gourmet cakes, sandwiches, pastries and coffee. Generally these are counter service models or semi table service.

Blax Coffee Café is a larger scale model that comes complete with a full working kitchen. It usually has a much larger space than the kiosk model and serves breakfast lunch and dinner while also selling the same gourmet cakes, sandwiches, pastries and coffee. These are usually counter service or semi table service.
